The next evening when we got back they had made up the beds and changed the towels, but nothing else. The hotel is advertised as a full service hotel, this is false advertising as it isn't. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and she said that they don't clean on Sundays and they don't replace tea, coffee Etc as all this is merely complimentary! They didn't even change the towels. We went out for the day and when we came back the room had not been made up. The next morning we called again and still no one came. We called 'reception' who said they'd send someone but no one came. We adjusted the aircon but stil it remained at sub zero. I'm sure these are the same rules applied by every hotel in the world, but this very aggressive approach started our stay off on a negative foot.When we got to the room it was freezing. The first thing the check in guy does is give you a list of about 15 rules which all end with if you don't, you will be evicted.
